The warranty provided herein is in lieu of all other express warranties and implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for intended use which are limited in duration to the periods defined above and below. This warranty shall be effective three years from the date of manufacture or two years from the date of retail sale in accordance with coverage described in section II of this document.
